Vehicle Condition & Buyer Responsibility:
All vehicles sold by Auto Imports Miami are pre-owned, and normal wear consistent with age and mileage should be expected. Minor cosmetic imperfections such as surface scratches, rock chips, or interior wear may be present. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions, we cannot disclose every small imperfection, nor can we guarantee the accuracy of any aftermarket modifications, performance readings, or enhancements. Third-party inspections are welcomed at our facility prior to purchase. Pre-owned vehicles may not include extra keys, remotes, manuals, or floor mats.

Fees, Taxes & Policies:
All purchases include a $899 Florida dealer fee and $450 electronic filing fee, regardless of residency. Florida residents pay 6% sales tax and applicable DMV fees; out-of-state buyers pay taxes in their home state and are responsible for registering their vehicle. Out-of-state cash or third-party financed buyers are not charged FL tax, title, or license unless otherwise agreed, but must record their bank as lienholder when required.
